House Rules
All guests entering the property must read, acknowledge and follow these rules. Failure to comply will result in fines or removal from the property:
- No unauthorized guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to $100/person/day charge.
- All guests who will be at our home must be listed on the reservation even if they are not spending the night. Having additional guests will lead to removal of all guests without refund.
- Quiet hours after 10PM - Home is equipped with noise-aware notification technology.
- No pets, or animals are allowed since it impacts the host's health and safety. The Hosts have severe allergies to animal hairs and furs. There is an additional $100 cleaning charge for each animal to remove allergens and furs from the property.
- No rearranging or moving furniture. $50 Fee is furniture is moved away from their location.
- No smoking or drug use inside the property. Indoor smoking will incur additional cleaning ($250) fees to remove smells, odors and allergens.
- No hanging items on walls without permission to avoid potential damage.
- No excessive use of utilities such as water or electricity (ie. temperature should only be within 68-72 degrees) to promote conservation.
- No tampering with security systems or alarms.
- No leaving windows and doors open when the property is unoccupied.
- No unauthorized parking or blocking of driveways.
- Guests must properly dispose of trash, recycling, and wash their own dishes upon checkout.
- The host shall not be held accountable for service interruptions beyond their control, including internet, plumbing, or utilities (electricity, water, gas). Reasonable endeavors will be made to keep guests informed about any updates or changes related to the service restoration. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for service interruptions beyond the host's control. In rare events or cases, guests have the choice to seek alternative accommodations.
